Question: Can I see my account online? When? Answer: Yes. If you just opened a new account, you must wait for your new account letter which will include your account number. Your new account letter will arrive within 2 - 7 days after we have received your initial deposit. Once you have your account number, simply register for our FREE Online Banking service. You will be able to view your account and transfer funds from the comfort of your home or office. Question: Is there a fee for online banking? Answer: No Question: I signed up for online banking...but I cannot see my account? Why? Answer: You may have signed up for online banking too quickly! Did you have your new account letter with your account number when you signed up? If not, it will just take a few days for your online banking services to "catch up" with your account application. You will receive a letter in the mail welcoming you to online banking shortly. We appreciate your patience. Question: Why do I have to sign up for online banking?
